RFQ Information
I am seeking a supplier for custom thermoformed trays designed for industrial parts.
Specifications include size 246 mm x 156 mm, depth 17 mm, initial quantity of 2,000 pieces, and capacity for approximately 40 parts per tray. The trays must be stackable, similar to our current design.
Important requirements are no finger holes needed, a strong and stable design for safe transport, and material recommendations are welcome.
Please provide unit price (EXW), mold cost, lead time for production and tooling, and photos of similar projects. If successful, we plan to order additional tray types in the future.
