I am seeking a reliable supplier for high-quality white cover stock to support our digital printing operations.
The product must be woodfree white cover stock with a weight of 270 gsm, available in uncoated or coated (C2S) finishes, and in bright white brightness. Size should be 13 × 19 inches factory-cut sheets, featuring low curl, good stiffness, and smoothness for toner-based digital printing.
Our order quantities include a trial order of 5–10 MT and potential for full container loads of 1 × 40' HQ (approximately 18–22 MT), with annual volume ranging from 200–400 MT.
Please provide detailed quotations including FOB price in USD/MT (at port of origin), CIF price to Port of Los Angeles, MOQ, production and shipping lead times, payment terms, and container packing details (e.g., pallets, cartons, moisture protection).
Additionally, include product specification sheets (covering brightness, caliper, bulk, moisture, pulp type, and coating), export experience to the U.S., FSC or similar certifications, packaging/pallet photos, and ability to supply sample sheets for testing.
If pricing and specifications align, we will proceed with sample requests and a trial order.
