Inquiry about Labels and Welcome Card

I am looking to purchase labels and a welcome card.  
For labels:  
- Formats: 266 × 78 mm, 215 × 60 mm, 266 × 145 mm, with 200 pieces per format.  
- Base specification: paper sticker, color printing, die-cutting.  
- Need pricing for options: no finishing, embossing, foil stamping, spot UV. Provide total price per option and additional cost for each finishing compared to base.  
For welcome card:  
- Quantity: 200 pieces.  
- Format: double-sided card.  
- Paper: 270 gsm.  
- Finishing: standard printing only.  
- Need total price, production time, payment terms.  
Also require pre-production samples for labels:  
- One sample per format, printed at 1:1 scale, without special finishing.  
- Confirm cost, production time, delivery method and cost to Chiang Mai.  
Additional information:  
- Production lead times for each finishing option.  
- One-time costs for embossing or foil stamping blocks.  
- Payment conditions (deposit, balance, timing).
