I am interested in purchasing a full 40HQ container of 16x16 inch pizza boxes for import to the Dominican Republic. The boxes should be 16" x 16" x 2", made of Kraft brown material with one-color black printing of our logo on the top. We require food-grade material. Please provide the following details: - FOB price and CIF price to Caucedo Port, Dominican Republic. - Total number of 16x16 boxes that fit in one 40HQ container. - Bundling: 50 boxes per bundle, weight and dimensions of each bundle. - Material and flute type, paper weight/GSM, and strength/ECT. - Production lead time for one full container. - Availability of samples before placing the order. - Any printing plate or setup fee for the one-color logo.
