We need a VUV narrowband bandpass filter with these specifications: center wavelength 150±2.5 nm at AOI 0°, FWHM 20±5 nm, minimum peak transmission ≥15%, VUV-grade CaF2 substrate, diameter 0.5 inch (12.7 mm), thickness approximately 2.0 mm. Please confirm if you can manufacture this filter on CaF2 substrate, the coating design to achieve VUV 150 nm bandpass performance, and if you can provide an actual VUV transmission curve (preferably 120-320 nm).
