We are developing optical components and are looking for a manufacturer to design and produce customized micro lenses for outdoor applications.
Currently at the prototype stage, we need about 50 pieces for testing.
Key requirements: optical transmission >90%, AR coating to minimize reflection, UV stability for 25–30 years outdoor exposure, operating temperature up to 150°C, and high optical clarity with no yellowing.
Please provide information on suitable glass materials, AR coating durability, and prototyping capabilities.
