Inquiry about Double Convex Lens

We are seeking double convex lenses for an industrial optical sensing system in the R&D phase. Specifications include: material must be optical glass, preferably N-BK7, with no plastic alternatives; diameter of 8mm or 10mm; focal length between 10mm and 15mm, ideally around 12mm; AR coating is preferred but open to uncoated options if durability is an issue in industrial environments. The lenses will be used in a coaxial fiber optic sensor to detect a 0.30mm thick metal needle, requiring high optical transmission, efficient focusing, and light collection in a textile manufacturing setting with cotton dust and oil vapor. We plan to order samples initially for testing, with potential for larger production orders upon success, and welcome technical recommendations for alternative lens designs like aspheric lenses.
