Inquiry about Optical Glass Filters

I am sourcing colored glass filters for photography. I need square filters of 150mm x 150mm, 2-3mm thick, polished on both sides with broadband AR coating. One piece each of: GG455 (yellow longpass), GG495 (deep yellow longpass), OG530 (orange longpass), RG610 (red longpass), and a green bandpass filter equivalent to VG9. Material can be Schott glass or Chinese equivalent, matching spectral curves. Standard optical polish (60-40 S-D) and parallelism less than 3 arcmin required. For the green filter, if single glass is not available, a cemented pair is acceptable. Please provide per-piece pricing with and without AR coating, and approximate lead time. Initial order is a 5-piece set, with possible reorders.
