Working procedure:
The machine adopts pneumatic driven working principle. PLC control can maintain the consecutiveness and stability of the machine. You just input the indications into the PLC.
The whole procedure is as follows:
Automatic cup dropping----automatic paste filling ----sealing the container with photocell to trace the design of your film in roll to make sure the design of the film in the middle of the container cover(coding system is included, when seal the container the installed ribbon coder will print date or something else to the cover film )----automatic cutting of the rest film----absorbing the outer cap then press the outer cap to the container
Detailed machinery introduction:
1.The main parts of the machinery is made up of high quality Stainless steel 304.
2.The sealing head is made of Copper TEFLON.
3.The cutter for the film is 23# standard knife for operation used in hospital (circling knife slices).
4. Pneumatic groupware is Taiwan Brand YA DE KE
5.The main body of the machine is A3# steel board
6. The mould is made up of casting Aluminum.
7. The whole machine is controlled by PLC, very easy to operate.
