We are an engineering and agricultural machinery company based in Belarus. Our client is developing a new line of telescopic handlers and we are looking for a long-term OEM/ODM partner in China to design, manufacture, and supply complete telescopic boom assemblies in SKD format. We require two models: Model A (3 ton, 8 m lift height) and Model B (4 ton, 7 m lift height). Maximum structural and design unification between both models is critical—internal boom sections, extension cylinders, wear pads, and the quick-hitch interface should be interchangeable where structurally possible. Material must be high-strength steel equivalent to Q460 or Q690, with full blasting, electrophoretic primer, and top-coat painting for corrosion protection. Each SKD kit needs to include the welded main boom frame and inner telescopic sections, fully integrated hydraulic cylinders with counterbalance valves, rigid lines and hoses, heavy-duty wear pads with shims and pins, and a quick-hitch carriage assembly. Annual forecasted demand is around 50 units per model (100 booms per year in serial production). To begin R&D validation, we need 4 initial prototype boom kits (2 of Model A and 2 of Model B) with fast-track engineering and delivery.
