Inquiry about Talking Pen with OID Point-Reading NEW

We are looking for a supplier to support a talking pen project for approximately 250 existing printed reader titles. The main requirement is to add an OID point-reading layer to our printed readers while keeping incremental print and pen costs low. We need the supplier to provide the OID coding technology, allowing multiple independent print suppliers to produce the OID layer following a clear print specification. We also require the ability to manage code generation and audio mapping internally after training, with access to necessary software and production files. The system should support word, sentence and page audio, plus optional stickers, cards and posters. For hardware, we need standard pen models that can be branded, with options for memory, battery, USB-C, speaker/headphone, recording and connectivity. Custom-moulded industrial design may also be considered. We are requesting unit prices for 1,000, 5,000, 10,000, 50,000 and 100,000 units, along with prototype cost, tooling cost and timeline for custom moulding. Commercial details including MOQ, payment terms, warranty, certifications and lead times are required. We also request a sample pen, OID-coded sample pages, a print specification sheet and a software demo.
