We require 300 kg of 5mm tungsten wire for sugarcane mill liners application. The wire must meet the following specifications:
- Matrix hardness: ~370 HV30 (~38 Rc)
- Micro hardness of carbides: >2,300HV
- Carbide particle size: 0.2-0.7mm
- Deposit density: 13.80 kg/dm³
- Nickel wire diameter: 1.2mm
- Maximum service temperature: ~700°C
Please provide technical specifications sheet and pricing details. The material should demonstrate excellent corrosion resistance, homogeneous deposition characteristics, and effective bonding with carbon steel/stainless steel base metals.
