Inquiry about Gas Fired Fire Tube Steam Boiler NEW

We are developing a wellhead gas monetisation project in Argentina and require a gas-fired fire-tube steam boiler. The boiler should have a nominal steam capacity of 5,000 kg/h, design pressure 13 bar(g), operating pressure 10 bar(g), and produce saturated steam (a slightly superheated option of 20-30°C would be beneficial). Minimum efficiency is 86% on LHV, with natural gas as fuel at adjustable supply pressure. Feedwater enters at 85-90°C from an external heat-recovery system and the boiler operates in a closed water loop with limited makeup water (1-3% of circulating flow). The unit will run continuously 24 h/day at a remote Patagonia site, powered by 380V / 3-phase / 50 Hz. The requested proposal must cover: - Recommended boiler model and configuration for the above parameters. - Automatic modulating burner with air/fuel ratio control, compatible with adjustable gas supply pressure. - Feedwater system including a demineralization unit for makeup water (approx. 50-150 kg/h), chemical dosing for scale and dissolved oxygen control, redundant feedwater pumps, and recommended feedwater tank volume. - Minimum instrumentation and control: steam pressure gauge, automatic water level indicator/control with low-level safety interlock, certified safety valve, and high-pressure cutoff switch.
