I need details on the design service cost and the minimum order quantity (MOQ).

We require manufacturing services for Cold Plunge Socks and Gloves made from 3 mm CR/SBR neoprene material with high-stretch properties. The socks must have non-slip soles and gloves need grip features.  

Key requirements:  
1. MOQ of 50-100 pairs per item  
2. Custom logo application (print or heat-transfer options)  
3. Samples required for quality evaluation prior to bulk order  
4. Must comply with European export certifications  

Please provide:
