Inquiry about Lightweight Fusible Interlining for Sublimation Process

We need a reliable, long-term supplier for regular 20' FCL shipments to Istanbul, Turkey. We currently use a 45 gsm Woven Fusible Polyester Chiffon Interlining with PA Micro-Dot Coating at 155 cm width. Now we are looking to replace it with a lower-cost, lighter-weight alternative, such as 25–30 gsm Non-Woven or Warp-Knit (Triko) Fusible Interlining. The interlining will be used in a two-step process: heat-roll lamination onto 100% Cotton garment fabric, followed by paper dye-sublimation printing at 190–200°C. Critical technical requirements: - Base fabric must be 100% Disperse-Dyeable Polyester for proper sublimation color absorption. - Adhesive must remain stable through the lamination and sublimation heating cycles.
