I need 4 wheels for my Eco Nelo 4.2 mobility enclosed scooter. Specifications: 12x3.5J, 4x114.3mm bolt pattern, 67.1mm center bore, ET 2.5 offset. The wheels must have hubcap retention nubs/clips for standard 12-inch snap-on hubcaps. The current wheels cannot accept snap-on hubcaps, so I need ones with the proper retention clips.
