- 48mm diameter caps with 3-start thread
- Compatible with 130-ton injection moulding machine
- Material options: PP or HDPE (food grade)
- Hot runner system preferred (valve gate suggested)
- 8/12 cavity configuration options required
- Must include tamper evident band feature
- Submarine/valve gate with auto de-gating
- Water cooling system with baffle/spiral design
- Core/cavity steel: S136/H13/2316 hardened
- Minimum 1 million shots lifespan
