Inquiry about Phosphogypsum processing line for gypsum powder and plasterboard NEW

We are an Algerian company developing a MAP/DAP fertilizer project. Our phosphoric acid production process generates approximately 200,000 tons per year of phosphogypsum as a by-product. We aim to valorize this co-product into marketable materials: gypsum powder (construction gypsum) and/or plasterboard. We are looking for a supplier to provide a turnkey production line suitable for processing phosphogypsum into gypsum powder and/or plasterboard. Desired capacity: 100,000 to 200,000 tons/year of gypsum powder. Raw material: phosphogypsum from sedimentary phosphate, with residual P₂O₅ below 0.5% and moisture around 20–25%. The line should feature DCS/PLC automation with centralized control. Compliance with applicable standards is required.
