Inquiry about Full-Body Mannequins NEW

We are seeking quotations for approximately 120 premium full-body mannequins (80 male / 40 female) for fashion boutiques and window displays. Required pose families for both genders include Upright/Editorial, Relaxed and Contrapposto. Mannequins should have semi-abstract heads, modular/removable components, durable interchangeable fittings, dual foot-and-calf support, and low-profile stable bases with no wheels. White RAL 9016 reference is required, subject to Golden Sample approval; please quote both High Gloss and Semi-Matte/Satin finishes. Female Option A: commercial M–L / US 10–12 fit, preferably a medium/full standard body. Female Option B: tall aspirational body equivalent to approximately US 6–8. Please first propose the closest existing catalog bodies; full custom tooling is not required at RFQ stage.

The quotation response must include: proposed model/family for male and both female options, with photos and catalog references; complete body measurement charts for every proposed body; material specifications, surface performance and confirmation of anti-scratch / anti-yellowing treatment; pose compatibility, head/hand/component interchangeability, fittings, base system and spare-parts availability; MOQ, mixed-order flexibility and FOB unit price by model and finish, including the FOB port; sample cost, sample lead time and whether the sample cost can be credited against a production order; production lead time, payment terms and warranty; export packing details including cartons per mannequin, carton dimensions, NW, GW, CBM and loading quantities for 20GP / 40GP / 40HQ; factory/company profile, audit or verification evidence and export experience. FOB quotation is mandatory; optional CFR or CIF pricing to Acajutla, El Salvador is also welcome.
