I am seeking to procure shovels with handles and pickaxes with handles. For shovels: Rectangular steel blade with rounded end, length 290mm, width 230mm, thickness min 2.0mm. Steel composition: carbon 0.40-0.65%, manganese 0.50-0.80%, silicon max 0.35%, phosphorus max 0.06%, sulfur max 0.06%. Hardening requirements: Rockwell C 39/48 near cutting edge, decreasing to C 22/30 near handle. Blade must be symmetrical, defect-free, with welded/riveted socket and hardwood handle length 150-160cm. For pickaxes: Total length 550-610mm, flat iron width 45-60mm, weight 2.2-2.6kg without handle. Made of heavy iron, with oval socket min length 65mm. Handle included, meeting all specified dimensions and manufacturing standards. All products must be free from defects and adhere strictly to the technical criteria.
