Technical requirements are strict: 100% virgin PP, minimum 220 gsm laminated/coated fabric, UV stabilization for a minimum outdoor lifespan of 3–5 years, SWL 1500–2000 kg, 6:1 safety factor, reinforced seams with double chain stitching, UV-resistant thread, and reinforced lifting loops. Standard transport bags are not suitable — a previous supplier’s bags failed completely after one month outdoors. Please provide a technical datasheet, UV test report, fabric specification, load test certification, estimated outdoor lifespan, FOB price, production lead time, MOQ, packing details, sample availability, and your recommendation on bag size and wall stability.
