Inquiry about HO-scale powered locomotive truck system NEW

I am looking for a manufacturer that can supply a complete matched HO-scale powered locomotive truck system. Requirements: HO scale (1:87.1), two axles with four metal wheels, ~11.67 mm wheel diameter, ~31.5 mm wheelbase, both axles powered, electrically insulated wheelsets, steel axles, POM/Delrin gears, plastic gearbox, simple central driveshaft and worm input, electrical pickup from all four wheels. I need sample pricing for 2–4 complete trucks, and pricing for 10, 50, 100, and 500 trucks. Please also provide MOQ, engineering/tooling charges, dimensioned drawings or STEP files, gear ratio and specifications, and production/sample lead times. Target production cost is $10–$20 per complete powered truck (excluding motor and decoder).
