Inquiry about PF-115 Enamel Mini Production Line NEW

I need a mini production line for PF-115 enamel production with a capacity of up to 400 kg/hour. The line must produce colors including white, light blue, green, yellow, red, blue, grey, black, beige, orange, cherry, yellow-brown, and red-brown, meeting GOST 6465 quality standard. Key quality requirements are: - Fineness of grind not more than 25 microns. - Viscosity (VZ-246, 4 mm nozzle, 20°C): 60–100 seconds for red, cherry, black; 80–120 seconds for other colors. - Gloss not less than 50 units. - Drying time to degree 3 at 20°C not more than 24 hours for all colors. The technological process must include: disperser for paste preparation, bead mill, let-down tank, filtration, and filling. Equipment must ensure stable achievement of fineness ≤25 microns and include a high-speed disperser.
