Inquiry about Rugged Bluetooth Fingerprint Padlock NEW

We are looking for a rugged Bluetooth fingerprint padlock for outdoor shipping containers. Requirements: rectangular shape to fit a standard steel lock box, fingerprint as main access method plus Bluetooth and backup electronic key, IP68 waterproof for permanent outdoor use in UK climate, rechargeable battery with USB-C (ideally 12+ months per charge), works offline with no gateways or mandatory cloud. Must have CE, UKCA, FCC, RoHS certifications. Important: we have our own app and need the lock to work with it; suppliers who can only provide their own app are not suitable. Expected volumes: first order 500 units, Year 1 3,000–6,000 units, growing to 10,000–15,000 units per year across UK and Europe.
