Inquiry about Baby Plush with Silicone Features

I am developing a premium baby plush toy line with integrated food-grade silicone sensory features. The initial products include a 13-inch cow plush with silicone belly and a 13-inch bear with silicone foot pads. Requirements include high-quality construction, heirloom detailing, and full compliance with North American and EU regulations such as ASTM F963, CPSIA, and EN71.  

Key questions: Do you produce both plush sewing/stuffing and silicone molding in-house? Can you provide examples of similar baby plush products with food-grade silicone? Do you partner with testing agencies like SGS, Intertek, or Bureau Veritas?  

Project details: Target first run of 300-500 units per design for the cow. Timeline requires pre-production samples in approximately 3 weeks from order and production in 45-60 days post-approval. Shipping to Canada.
