Inquiry about OEM Development and Production for Resin Cement Composite Clocks and Tray

I am seeking a factory partner for OEM development and production of premium resin cement composite clocks and a tray. The project includes two clock designs and one tray, focusing on heavy weight, balance, and clean minimalist style. Key requirements for the clocks are a 120-130mm sealed glass dial with only 12, 3, 6, and 9 o'clock markings and no second hand. I need a supplier with experience in resin cement products, ability to modify or develop molds, integrate glass and movement, provide prototype samples, and offer cost and timeline estimates for both prototyping and production scale of 1,000 units. Consistency and quality are critical as this will move to full production.
