Inquiry about Pilates grip socks NEW

I am seeking a manufacturer to produce custom Pilates grip socks with true size-specific sizing for women's sizes 10, 11, and 12, not one-size-fits-all.  
Requirements include a non-slip silicone grip bottom, high-quality cotton blend material for breathability and performance feel, arch support or compression band, custom logo placement options (on sock and grip if possible), and neutral/minimal color choices.  
I need to confirm your ability to produce individually graded sizes, minimum order quantity per size, custom packaging and branding availability, sample order possibility before bulk orders, and estimated production and shipping timelines.  
I plan to start with a small initial run and establish a long-term partnership.
