I am looking for a factory to develop and produce seamless leggings based on hosiery-level knitting. The product must have an ultra-soft "second skin" feel and use polyamide microfiber yarn, not standard sportswear.
Key requirements include:
- High-gauge circular knitting machines, such as 28G or 32G
- Experience with fine microfiber polyamide yarn for lightweight, matte fabric
- Examples of similar hosiery-level seamless products like tights or bodysuits
We are starting with sampling and development, with planned order volumes of 300-1000 pieces per style after approval, and potential to scale.
