We require certified sock production for the Swedish market with below specifications:  
 
**Certification Requirements:**  
- Mandatory: OEKO-TEX & fiber composition declaration  
- Preferred: GOTS certification  
 
**Product Specifications:**  
1. **Cotton Socks (70-80% cotton blend):**  
  - Styles: Black/White Ankle, Black/White Crew, Black Dress  
  - Needles: Minimum 168N (200N preferred)  
  - Yarn: 24S/32S  
  - Sizes: 9-12 years, 37-39, 40-42, 43-46  
 
2. **Bamboo Socks:**  
  - Styles: Black/White Ankle, Black Dress  
  - Needles: 168N/200N  
  - Same size range as cotton socks  
 
3. **Stockings:**  
  - 20D stockings in Black/Nude  
  - Knee-high stockings in 20D  
 
**Design Requirements:**  
- No elastic rubber at mid-foot for ankle/dress socks  
- Crew socks preferably without elastic rubber  
 
**Packaging & Future Needs:**  
- No logo required initially, but confirm logo customization capability  
- Pre-bagged pairs with polybag + cardboard packaging
