Specifications include:
- Chemical composition: Copper ≥99.8%, Zirconium 0.10–0.20%.
- Compliance with standards: RWMA Class 1, ASTM/UNS C15000, SAE J461/J463 or equivalent.
- Condition: TH04 (Heat Treated and Aged).
- Mechanical properties: Target hardness 72 HRB; must not be below 90 HRF or 58 HRB; fully heat-treated and precipitation hardened.
- General properties: High electrical conductivity, high thermal conductivity, resistant to softening at elevated temperatures.
