Exterior requirements: - Recessed aluminum frame (slim or ultra slim), visible through the PC shell. - 100% polycarbonate shell (Makrolon or equivalent), semi-translucent frosted finish, thickness 2.5-3.5mm. - TSA latch lock without zipper. - Oversized polyurethane spinner wheels (~65 mm) with reinforced mounting system. - Centered top handle. Interior requirements: - Split interior: one side with full zip mesh divider, other side with compression strap system. - Durable, smooth matte finish lining; interior color is a key design element. - Small internal pockets integrated into the divider. - Smooth, durable zippers (YKK or equivalent).
