Inquiry about handheld can opener tool

We are developing a consumer handheld can lid remover for the European market and are looking for a manufacturing partner. The tool should use a circular rotating cutting wheel mechanism. We need custom housing design, including modifications to the existing form factor, new branding, and color. The product must comply with EU regulations; please provide relevant certifications or material documentation such as CE, REACH, or food contact compliance.
