It must include test reports supporting certifications for EN ISO 11612, EN 13034 Type 6, EN 1149-5, and preferably IEC 61482-1-2.  
Additionally, an acid/alkali and oil repellent finish is required.

We need to purchase 100,000 pieces of flower sticks.
