We are seeking a reliable long-term supplier for high-precision pressure housings and related mechanical components for our downhole gyro memory tool used in mining and oilfield surveys. Technical requirements include: - Material: High-strength non-magnetic stainless steel (e.g., P550, Nitronic 50) or beryllium copper, with relative permeability guaranteed less than 1.005. Material Test Reports and low-mu permeability test results must be provided per batch. - Pressure rating: Minimum 5,000 PSI operational pressure. - Dimensions: Outer diameter approximately 36-42 mm, inner diameter compatible with 30-31.8 mm modules, total length 1000-1500 mm for modular sections. - Additional components: Centralizers (bow-spring or rigid), shock absorbers (internal spring or elastomeric dampening), precision sealing with O-ring grooves, and non-magnetic electrical bulkheads/connectors if available. We would like information on: 1. Availability of standard off-the-shelf designs or custom work based on drawings. 2. Lead time for 1-2 prototype units. 3. In-house testing facilities for high-pressure and magnetic permeability verification. 4.
