We are evaluating suppliers for a tandem-axle flat-deck car trailer with an ATM of 3,000–3,500 kg, intended for resale in Australia. The trailer must comply with Australian RVS, VTA, and RAV requirements, and the supplier must be able to support a controlled, auditable build process.
Please provide your best EXW and FOB Qingdao prices for 1, 10, and 20 units of the same specification, along with the estimated production time. Confirm that no component, material, factory, or manufacturing-process change will be made without our written approval.
If you have previously supplied the same trailer type to Australia, provide the Vehicle Type Approval number, approval-holder name, and two VINs that can be verified on the RAV. If not, confirm in writing whether you will support an Australian VTA application under our company’s ownership.
