Inquiry about Scented Candles

We are currently sourcing a scented candle manufacturer for a UK client. The key compliance requirements include: 1. Willingness to provide UFI/PCN formula information or support relevant regulatory compliance. 2. Ability to supply finished product SDS after fragrance incorporation, including the fragrance addition ratio. 3. Availability of IFRA certificates (51st Amendment or newer) and allergen declarations for specific fragrances. 4. Possession of BS EN15493 and BS EN15494 related combustion safety/product safety documents or test reports. 5. Basic product batch traceability system. Not all documents need to be readily available now. If some need to be applied for or tested after confirming products and fragrances, that is acceptable. The priority is that the factory and its upstream raw material/fragrance suppliers can cooperate on compliance work. We already have a definite UK client and specific product selection needs.
