RFQ Information
We require to produce single-layer cables in sizes from 25 mm² to 100 mm², in four different colors. These individual cores will be placed into a cradle, twisted on reels, and extruded into a single 4-core cable.
The cradle reel size is approximately 2ft, and the final reel size is 5ft. Recommendations for reel sizes are also needed.
Our wire stranding is 19 strands. We request advice on suitable bobbins and cradle configuration for this process.
