Inquiry about Precision Wax Injection Molds NEW

We are looking for a supplier with proven experience in manufacturing precision wax injection molds for investment casting of small, high-precision components. The molds will be made from AL 7075 aluminum alloy based on our 3D models and technical drawings. Before sharing confidential documentation, we need information on your relevant experience, sample photos, CNC capabilities, maximum mold size/weight, achievable tolerances, availability of CMM reports, AL 7075 material certificates, ability to perform mold trials and provide wax pattern samples prior to shipment, and typical lead times. We have a consistent, ongoing demand with varying project volumes.
