- Top face: 15.0×15.0 mm² (±0.05 mm) polished
- Bottom face: 9.4×15.0 mm² (±0.05 mm) matte
- Height: 8.7 mm (±0.05 mm) with 72°±1° side wall angle
- Front/back faces polished, trapezoidal side faces matte
- 0.2–0.3 mm ×45° edge chamfer
- Flatness ≤λ/10 @633 nm (20-10 to 40-20 S-D)

Quantities needed: 5/20/100/1000 units.
Require surface figure and roughness inspection reports (Zygo certification preferred).
Package in non-adhesive wrapping with foam-lined boxes.
