Inquiry about Single Component Solvent-Borne Acrylic Protective Coating NEW

I am looking for a clear, single-component solvent-borne acrylic protective coating suitable for painted, powder-coated, anodised and bare metals. The product must be solvent-based (not water-based, epoxy or 2K polyurethane), ready to use without catalyst, mixing or thinning, and have no pot-life limitation with long shelf life when resealed. It should be self-levelling and self-annealing so new coats fuse with existing coats. Quick air-dry, flexible, non-yellowing, and provide UV, oxidation, tarnish and corrosion protection. Application methods include cloth/pad, brush, foam roller, spray or dipping. Repair and re-coating must be possible without stripping, sanding or priming. A critical requirement is that the liquid is not Class 3 Dangerous Goods. The SDS must show a closed-cup flash point above 60°C and Section 14 must state: not regulated, no UN number and no Packing Group. It must be eligible for ordinary parcel transport in Australia, subject to carrier approval. Please provide TDS, current English SDS, resin chemistry, flash point, solids/VOC, drying times, coverage, MOQ and sample price. Do not suggest water-based or two-component alternatives.
