I require a quote for a prototype of interlocking foam bricks and mortar strips designed for children to stack and build foam walls.
The material must be closed-cell cross-linked foam, preferably XLPE/XPE or high-density EVA, with a target density of 80–120 kg/m³.
Dimensions include:
- Full brick: 220(L) × 70(D) × 75(H) mm
- Half brick: 110(L) × 70(D) × 75(H) mm
- Full mortar strip: 220(L) × 70(D) × 15(H) mm
If the prototype is successful, a full order will be placed.
