I need AAC panels and blocks for a high-end residential project in Chile. The project is a 2-story house of 800 m² with specific requirements due to seismic activity and extreme climate conditions.

Required products:  
- Exterior structural AAC panels (200–250 mm thickness)  
- Interior AAC wall panels (75–150 mm)  
- Reinforced AAC slabs or large-format floor/roof panels  
- High-density AAC blocks for load-bearing walls (optional)  

Technical specifications needed:  
Compressive strength, density, thermal conductivity and R-values, fire resistance rating, water absorption, and reinforcement details.  

Compliance: Must meet Chilean seismic standards (NCh433) and thermal regulations (RT 2019 / Zonas 3–4). Export certifications for Europe, Australia, or the Middle East are preferred.

Provide quantity estimates based on an 800 m² two-level residence. Architectural plans can be shared for precise calculations.
