Specifically, we need a test bench for testing the performance of Electronic Unit Injectors (EUI) and Electronic Unit Pumps (EUP) for both passenger cars and commercial trucks. As a reference, we are considering a model similar to the UNIT PLC EG test bench, and we welcome equivalent alternatives.

- Universal 5-cam CAMBOX for passenger and commercial vehicle injectors
- Automatic current calculation with resistance detection and BIP signal measurement
- Leakage testing and coil/inductance testing (Henry Test)
- Support for both Solenoid and Piezo injectors
- Built-in test plans for major manufacturers (Bosch, VW, Siemens, Delphi, CAT, Cummins, MB, DAF, Volvo, Iveco, etc.)
- Automatic fluid heating/cooling system and effective sound insulation
Technical parameters we require:
- Motor power: 7.5 kW or higher
- Power supply: 380 V
- Pressure delivery: up to 10 bar at speeds up to 3000 rpm
- Tank capacity: approximately 20 liters
- A basic set of cables and adapters for various vehicle types
Please provide a commercial offer including pricing, estimated delivery time, shipping terms, and warranty conditions (preferably 12 months or more). We also need to know whether you provide commissioning (installation) and staff training, and the associated cost.
We look forward to your response.
