Book & Magazine Printing

I am seeking a quotation for printing hardcover books with specific requirements.  
Book size is 165 × 235 mm with 368 total pages. Quantity required is 700 copies, but please include prices for 500, 800, and 1000 copies if possible.  
Inner pages should use 80gsm cream woodfree paper with black and white printing. Cover must be hardcover with 157gsm art paper, matte lamination, and 1500gsm grey board. Finishing includes gold foil stamping and Scodix UV varnish; advise on technical feasibility for UV above or below foil and any price differences. Also include a ribbon bookmark.  
Binding requires section sewing (Smyth sewing) with case binding and a rounded spine. Pack each book individually in protective bubble bags or as advised.  
Provide details on digital and physical proofs, including cost and production time. Estimate production time after file and payment confirmation.  
For shipping, include sea shipping cost to Israel (CIF to Haifa or Ashdod) with transit time and shipping terms. List all additional costs not covered in the quotation.  
I will supply print-ready PDF files for the interior and cover.
