We are establishing a new refinery and require a batch oil refining system with specific technical specifications.
The system must include neutralization, bleaching, and deodorization processes. Capacity should be designed for 10-20 TPD, with an initial phase using 5-ton vessels. Materials of construction require SS 316L for the deodorizer and SS 304 for other components.
Filter type must be an automatic vertical leaf filter with vibration discharge. Automation needs PLC control, preferably with Siemens components.
Please provide a detailed technical quotation FOB.
