Spring End Surface Treatment Equipment NEW

Inquiry about I am looking for production equipment to treat the end surfaces of springs. The springs are cylindrical types used in railway transport, ATVs, agriculture equipment, and other special applications. Key parameters include wire diameter from 6 to 20 mm, outer diameter from 50 to 200 mm, length from 100 to 500 mm, and weight up to 10 kg. Material is spring wire grades such as 55X2A, 60X2A, 60X2G, 54SiCr, with hardness of 40-55 HRC after heat treatment. After treatment, the end surface roughness must be ≤ Ra 6.3, and perpendicularity ≤ 1.0 mm. The equipment should operate in semi-automatic mode with manual loading and unloading. Energy requirements include 380V, 50 Hz electrical supply; compressed air at 0.4-0.5 MPa; and room temperature between 5-30°C.
