I need a manufacturer to produce custom academic gowns based on a reference image. Appearance and price are key, while top-quality materials are not necessary; durability is less important.

Quantity: 9 gowns in sizes 2 L and 7 XL. Delivery must be to Belgium by 7 February.

Design specifications: Long length reaching above ankles, deep black base color. Fabric should be medium to heavy weight with smooth drape and matte finish. Open front with gold decorative panels featuring leaf/laurel motif and slim purple trim. Wide straight sleeves and soft black collar.
