I am sourcing an OEM/ODM supplier for winter caps as per the attached photo and Technical Data Sheet. Please quote based on the following specifications:
Material: 100% brushed polyester micro-fleece (specify GSM)
Construction: two layers, internal seams, 4 visible crown seams
Size: One Size (H=30±1cm, base length=28±1cm)
Colors: Black and Olive Green
Labeling: fabric composition, wash care, supplier details, size
Packaging: individual sealed polybag or original manufacturer packaging
Required: pre-production sample approval and Certificate of Conformance (COC) before delivery.
Quantity: 120,000 pieces.
Please provide sample lead time, production lead time, and EXW/FOB pricing.
