Inquiry about Custom Retractable Car Charger with Braided Nylon Cable NEW

We are looking for a supplier to develop an OEM retractable car charger with a braided nylon outer cable. The key requirement is a custom retractable mechanism with braided nylon cable and strain relief.

Ideal specifications:
- 120W total output
- 2 retractable Type-C cables, plus additional ports for 4–5 total outputs
- Digital display showing voltage and real-time wattage
- DC 12–24V input, compact body
- Over-temperature and over-current protection
- Actual cable length ≥80cm

Two SKUs needed:
(a) Type-C + Type-C
(b) Type-C + Lightning

We need to know:
1. Can you develop the braided nylon retractable cable? Mold cost and lead time? Any durability testing (5000+ retraction cycles)?
2. Can you integrate a 120W PD board and digital display, or partner with a PCBA factory?
3. Please quote MOQ, pricing for 500/1000/3000 pcs, sample cost and lead time, OEM logo/packaging, and mass production lead time.
