Inquiry about RFID NFC Attendance System

We are a non-profit organization based in Germany, providing after-school care for primary school children at several public schools. We require an RFID/NFC attendance system to digitally record the check-in and check-out of children. The solution must be simple, reliable, and suitable for daily use by young students. Key requirements include approximately 6 school locations, around 250 children each with an RFID/NFC wristband, card, or chip, about 6 attendance terminals (one per location), children able to check in/out independently by tapping, real-time attendance data accessible centrally, staff at each location can view attendance lists, and preferably a cloud-based or network-enabled solution.
